In Chiclana, there have been many changes since my grandparents were young. For example:
Long time ago, Chiclana was mostly country, where people normally worked. However, little by little, it have built a lot of buildings. The way of life has just changed.
Before, there wasn't danger so people let the doors open all time and children played in the street when they had time. Now care must be taken.
There weren't many schools and only rich people gone there. For this reason not many people known how to read or how to write.
The wall of the river didn't exist,
that's why in 1965 Chiclana was flooded. In the beach there were sheds of wood as a dressing-room; and the promenade didn't exist either.
There weren't many cars that's why there wasn't pollution. Today it is the opposite.

Finally, we can see that technology is what more has evolved, because, people were communicating by letters, a slow way; now, we can talk to someone by our mobile phone in everywhere.
